Referring to the "This is HUGE...or is it?" Post, the article provides a link to the National Council of State Housing Agencies (NCSHA) website page that describes this tax credit and then goes on to list website links of the State Agencies that provide the HFA First-Time Homebuyer Tax Credit Loan Programs.

Where are Maryland's State Housing Agencies?

Surely we have them, right? Surely they would have access to offer these tax credit loan programs to Maryland 1st Time Homebuyers, right?

Am I missing something here???

Only Colorado, Delaware, Idaho, Kentucky, Missouri, New Jersey, New Mexico, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Tennessee had agencies listed.

Looks like it'll be up to us to post where this type of assistance for Marylanders can be found.
