Question 1: Why Isn't This on the Front Page News?

Regarding the previous post "This is Huge...or is it?",

I was surprised that this article was apparently written on Wednesday, May 13th, and I was surprised that I haven't heard about it in the mainstream media. Seems like, with the upcoming 12/1/09 deadline, they'd want to get this out ASAP, STAT, PRONTO!

Now, I don't watch the news at all and the only bits of news I get is when I scan the head-liners when I log into my Yahoo home page. So maybe I missed it. But I checked the BaltimoreSun Real Estate website and saw no mention of it.

I found out about this because I subscribe to a local investor club's newsletter.

Has anyone else heard of this? If so, how did you find out?
